Effective Thinking in Schools<\/h2>\n

I design and teach programs that develop students ability to think and communicate. In critical thinking, students learn how to deliberate and argue – with integrity.<\/p>\n

No sophistry or emotional manipulation allowed. If an argument can\u2019t be made without appealing to someone\u2019s emotions, it can\u2019t be made at all. Students learn how to recognise relevance and significant reasoning, the role of facts in arguments, and identifying fallacies and errors. <\/p>\n

Students also develop values of inquiry: curiosity, intellectual humility, and rigour.
